BURGAR, Hugh Mr. Kennedy, of Carstairs, is opening a new drug store in the block across from the post office. Miss. Story spent last week in Calgary. K.O. Eggen, of Bawlf, visited town on Tuesday. Mr. Manning, inspector for the Merchant's Bank, was a caller in town on Friday, On Saturday he drove to Tofield where he inspected the Branch there. Mr. Manning speaks very highly of Camrose and thinks that it has a bright future. Mr. Fleming is erecting a fine residence on Bakken street. Rev. Mr. Sykes is building a residence on Paulson street. Mr. Corneit, of Wetasiwin, has bought the interst in Wallace & Burgars hardwar stor lately held by mr. Wallace. Mr. Corneil has already moved his family here. Mr. J.V. Mills, of this town, preached in the Presbyterian church at Olds last Sunday. The school trustees have contracted for fifty tons of coal from the mines north of town at the price of $4.75 per ton. F.J. Manning, of the Revelstoke Lumber Co., was a visitor in twon on Monday and Tuesday drove out to the G.T.P. coutry. J.W. Farrell has entered into partnership with Hugh Burgar, the undertaker.
