Business is booming at the office of the building inspector this week and 
indications are that the month of September will be a big one. The new 
inspector, Mr. McKinnon, is fast getting into harness and will take charge 
entirely in a few days.

The following permits were taken out today.

HUNT, H.D. Second street, Livery stable $1,000
TAYLOR, A. Griesbach street, dwelling $3,000
HALL, J. Thirteenth street, stable $250.
