"You can have it if you are better men." Said Winger, and with that struck a blow for liberty, landing on a stranger's chin. Block, over which there was a dispute last week between Contractors couglin and Gibson and Joy, is now progressing in the presence of a police constable. The wall, about which the dispute occurred, has been taken down, and Couglin & Gibson claim that the fault is with the plans of the architects, the Whiddington Brothers, and not with them. It is said that Building Inspector McLeon has also condemned both the front and the back walls of the building. Fort William, Ont. Oct 13, Glennie, the 12 year old son of P.J.
