Wilkins takes place here tomorrow afternoon, The body will arrive on today's train. James Latimer of Calgary was in town last week. D.R. Sandeman of Pine Lake, has been in town for the past few days. J.R. Golden, of Gaetz Valley, was in town yesterday. Donald Paterson is spending a few days this week in Calgary. Lew Hanford has returned from Innisfail and will be one of the stronghold of the fire brigade hockey team this season. Lloyd Banneman left Sunday night for Calgary. He returns today. Claude S. Stent left yesterday for Calgary Red Deer has joined the amateur hockey league and R.H. Brown has been appointed president of the association, and Mr. Bolander, of Edmonton, secretary. Geo. F. Root came up from Stettler on last nights train. Jack Forrester has returned from Winnipeg where he disposed of a large shipment of cattle.
