Before Magistrate Cowan this forenoon arguments were given by council in the 
case of Charles Corbeier vs Anotole Petit in an action for misappropriating 
funds to the extent of $1,600, which the plaintiff had given the defendant for 
deposit in an Edmonton Bank.
