Miss Lucy Bland and her sister have arrived in 
Edmonton from England, and are considering the 
advisability of opening a private school for girls.

Mrs. J.L. Cote left on this morning's train for a 
holiday trip to her former home in Quebec. Mr. Cote 
accompanied her as far as Calgary.

Mr. H.W. Riley who is soon to be married to Miss 
Keene, of Madoc Ontario, left for the east Thursday 
morning. He will bring the bride to Edmonton in about 
six weeks time.
