Miss Ida Shouldice, Calgary, has arrived in the city to commence a course in Alberta College. Mr. and Mrs. W.J. Berry, of Berrytown, Ont., who have been visiting in the city lately leave tomorrow for their home in the east. Mr. Berry is one of many visitors to the city who has been pleased with it and has shown his appreciation by investing in property. Two prisoners bound for Edmonton Penitentiary arrived in Stratcona yesterday afternoon. They were Jas. Kennerley, of Regina, and Wm. J. Davis, alias Malley, of Indian Head. Kennerley has five years for the theft of a gold watch and chain and Davis four years for stealing a horse, buggy and harness.
