Society Names Four Calgarians

Among 
Calgarians appointed to the board of directors of the John Howard Society, recently organized in Edmonton to rehabilitate persons just released from prison, are H. E. Howard, Mrs. J. D. Williams, A. W. Hobbs and Ronald Hooper. Mr. Howard is also a vice-president.
Other members of the board include G. B. Henwood, Campbell Fraser, Mrs. E. W. S. Kane, R. M. McCrimmon and Dr. D. E. Smith, all of Edmonton, and E. D. Fryett and Dr. F. M. Schmaltz, both of Lethbridge.
THE CHAIRMAN
 of the Calgary council, which is yet to be organized, will be a board member.
The
 remainder of the board includes chairmen of organized councils in Peace River, Grande Prairie, Red Deer, Medicine Hat and Lethbridge. When councils are organized in Macleod, Drumheller, Wetaskiwin and Vegreville, their chairmen will also be on the board.
