Archer Toole Board President

Archer J. Toole, manager of Toole Peet and Co. Ltd., was elected president of the Calgary Real Estate Board at the 1948 organization meeting Friday. He succeeds Kennett I. Lyle, president for the past two years.
Howard Kelly was re-elected vice-president and Arnold Burns secretary-treasurer. Directors elected earlier were: W. B. Fraser, James Cleave, Clair Cote (past president) and Mr Lyle.
Mr. Lyle is president of the Alberta association and vice-president of the Canadian Association of Real Estate Boards. The purpose of the Calgary board is to encourage uniform practices in this area in conformity with the methods of the Alberta and national organizations.
