Herronton Farm Couple Moving

BLACKIE, Jan. 9-- The 
Ladies' Aid of the Farrow United Church made a farewell gift to Mrs. Thos. Green Tuesday. Mrs. Green and her husband are moving this week to a small holding south of Calgary, after 
having been farming for 41 years at Herronton.
THE GIFT, a blanket, was presented by Mrs. Lyman Humphreys, president of the aid, who spoke of the loss both in the community and the church life which will be felt by the removal of the Green family.

resident, Mrs. Stanley Scott; president, Mrs. L. Humphrey; first vice-president, Mrs. P. Randle;  second vice-president, Mrs. Tressider; secretary, Mrs. F. Mason; treasurer, Mrs. W. H. Dickinson; good cheer, Mrs. S. Beagle; manse, Mrs. J. Webb and Mrs. A. Pedersen; press reporter, Mrs. A. Pedersen; program committee, Mesdames C. Stevens, Al Malmberg, Wm. Groeneveld, and F. Mason. This is the seventh year Mrs. Humphrey has been elected to the presidency.
