Cardston Game Officers Named

CARDSTON, March 15-- George Spargo, Calgary, secretary of the 
Alberta Fish and Game Association, spoke on conservation at a meeting of the Cardston  Rod and Gun Club last week.
Temp Kjar, game warden from Calgary, was present and showed a number of films on wild life. The most interesting picture to the local club was their own rearing pond of 12,000 rainbow trout. This pond is located 12 miles west of Cardston, at Beazer.
THE LOCAL CLUB has freed a number of Chinese pheasants in the district.
New officers elected for the coming year are: C. B. Cheesman, p
resident; Dow Roberts, first vice-president; Lloyd Cooper, second vice-president; and Knowlton Kearl, secretary treasurer. These officers will meet in the near future and choose committees.
