Bowness Legion To Get Charter

Alex Walker, past Dominion president of the Canadian Legion, B.E.S.L., will present the charter to the newly organized Bowness Branch No. 238 at a ceremony to be held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 1, in the Bowness Scout Hall.
Mr. Walker will hand the charter to Col. E. R. Knight, president-elect of the new branch.
David E. Fraser, provincial secretary, and other officials of the Alberta Command will take part in the ceremonies.
