Local Woman Re-Elected

 Mrs. C. T. Woodside of  Calgary was re-elected president of the Alberta branch of the Canadian Handicrafts Guild Thursday at a meeting at the Banff School of Fine Arts.

 Other officers elected are Mrs. R. L. Hoar, Edmonton, 1st vice-president; Mrs. W. W. Wilson, 2nd vice-president; Mrs. C. J. Orman, secretary, and Mrs. R. H. Archibald, treasurer.

CALGARY councillors include Mrs. James Lyall, Mrs. D. G. MacKenzie, Mrs. C. H. Lamarchand, Mrs. W. H. P. Sharp, Mrs. M. W. Brock, Mrs. George Egleston and Mrs. Train Gray.

 Executive members were also appointed from each branch of the Guild in Alberta.

 Speakers at the meeting included Donald Cameron, national president of the Canadian Handicrafts Guild; Richard Macdonald, coordinator of cultural activities in Alberta, and H. G. Glyde, chairman of the visual arts board.
