Mrs. Charles Yule Heads Educational Club 

Mrs. Charles Yule was named president of the Mount Royal Educational Club, Monday, as the club celebrated its 25th anniversary at a luncheon meeting held in Knox United Church.
THE NOMINATING committee, under Mrs. Douglas MacKenzie, presented the following slate of officers: honorary president, Dr. John Garden; past president, Mrs. J. L. Sadleir; first vice-president, Mrs. M. M. Sharpe; second vice-president, Mrs. W. T. Knights; secretary treasurer, Mrs. Glen Peacock; membership secretary, Mrs. C. H. Francis; social convener, Mrs. H. R. Cameron; program convener, Mrs. G. E. Hughes; program recorder, Mrs. W. H. Horner; councillors, Mrs. G. F. Sheffield and Mrs. R. G. Williams.
SIXTY-THREE members and guests were present as Mrs. A. M. Scott, a charter member, recounted episodes of early club meetings. Miss Shirley Pritchard, accompanied by her mother, Mrs. Collard, gave two solos and Mrs. George Carabitson presented a display of Greek linens and f
ancy work in which some of the articles were over 200 years old. Mrs. A. G. Low was made an honorary life member of the club.
A quiz on the year's study of Greece 
was conducted by Mrs. T. W. Cuyler and Mrs. C. H. Francis. Mrs. G. F. Hughes presented the program for the coming year, the theme to be "Cities of the World."
Miss Margaret Carrick of Banff and Mrs. J. A. Robertson, charter members were present.
