Legion Returns
Its President

KIMBERLEY, B.C.-- Canadian Legion, branch 67, here has returned by
acclamation its president, A. T. Richardson, and has named vice-presidents
Andrew White, G. A. Derry and G. A. L. Sholund in its annual ballot for
officers.
Others named to the executive were: G. G. Moore, G. W. McFarlane, Percy Lye, B.
G. Archibald, J. C. Beattie, P. C. Thorleifsen and Gino Mandoli. Office of
secretary has been filled by Harry Broadhurst, and of treasurer by H. F.
Anderson.
WORK OF constructing the new permanent clubhouse has been the
branch's main project during the year, with opening soon of the ground floor
for members and guests. Large part of the construction, decorating and building
installations was done by members. The floor includes lobby, bar, office,
lounges, electric kitchen, cooler, and games and activity room.
