Sunalta Club Reports Good Year 

A highly successful year was reported for the Sunalta Community Association at the club's annual meeting Wednesday in the Community clubhouse.
Membership rose from 225 at the beginning of 1952 to 451 at the end of the year, and receipts more than doubled to bring the total up to $2,857.55.
EXPENDITURES for the year totalled $1,823.50, to leave a cash balance for the incoming executive of $1,034.05.
Expenditure included almost $600 spent on club equipment.
J. M. WILKIE was elected president for the 1953 season. He succeeds J. P. Tucker, who was elected vice-president at the meeting.
The new recording corresponding secretary will be Mrs. Florence Gilbert, and Jack Reid will be treasurer.
DIRECTORS elected were: Mrs. Alfred Bjordal, Mrs. T. R. Mills, Mrs. Frank Kraemer, G. E. Clegg, Jack Swan, Ralph Jalving, Robert Eve, Norman French, E. F. Rodwell and Leo S. Fowler.
In accepting the position of president, Mr. Wilkie said he felt the most important task facing the new executive was to provide for expansion of clubhouse and playground facilities.
