Minister Installs 1953 Executive Of Hillhurst W.M.S. 

At the recent annual meeting of the evening auxiliary of the W.M.S. of Hillhurst United Church, Rev. Dr. A. F. Marsh installed the 1953 slate of officers.
Past president is Mrs. David Nicoll; president, Miss Mary Lare first and second vice-presidents, Mrs. John Cocks and Mrs. J. R. McCormack, respectively;recording secretary, Mrs. D. A. MacNeil; corresponding secretary, Mrs. W. G. Jones; and, treasurer, Miss Louise Rannie.
Group secretaries and conveners are: supply, Miss Jeanne Hunt; literature, Mrs. John Paterson; Missionary Monthly, 
Mrs. Thomas Shepherd; baby band, Mrs. Elmore Cook; press, Mrs. William McLeod; pianist, Miss Henrietta Staples; telephone, Miss Alberta Lovell; nominations, Mrs. E. J. McConnell, Mrs. H. G. Peck, and Miss Winnie Donaldson; and social, Mrs. E. Moulton and Mrs. John Cocks.
More than 50 visits were made by members to patients in the Central Alberta Sanatorium and to 50 mothers 
of a newly-formed baby band sponsored bythe auxiliary. Reports were submitted by group secretaries, and the allocation was slightly exceeded.
