B'Nai B'Rith Installs Officers

Jack Edelson was installed as president of the Calgary B'nai B'rith Lodge for the coming term at a ceremony held recently.
Those who performed the installation rites were Irwin Blackstone, Norman Gould, Alex Katzen, Max Levine, Hy Medwinsky, Ebra Rozan and Dave Naimark.
Benjamin Ginsberg officiated at the rites, representing Grand Lodge District No. 6.
OTHER OFFICERS installed were: First vice-president, Al Polo; second vice-president, Harry Reeve; financial secretary, Hy Olfman; recording secretary, Alex Barrett; corresponding secretary, Sam Barron; warden, Zysha Zysblatt; chaplain, Morris Hector.
Cecil Horwitz, who recently attended a convention of the Supreme Lodge in Washington, D.C., gave a report following the installation rites. This was followed by a dance for members and their wives.
