Calf Club Names New Officers

NANTON-- Nanton's 4-H Calf club was reorganized for the winter season at a meeting held Oct. 24 at the Community Centre. Roy McPeak of Parkland waselected president to succeed David Anderson. Joseph Horton was named vice-president; Betty Jean Hay, secretary; Donald Lyon,  treasurer; and Marian Houlton, press representative. John Hay will again act as club leader, and the adult committee has as members W. L. Loree, W. W. Hay, L. D. Smith, John Lunan and W. A. Crawford-Frost.
C. A. Yauch, district agriculturalist, outlined the regulations governing the calf club records and shows. Plans were made for a banquet to open the winter's club work and honor those who were winners in last season's show.
