Rebekah Lodge Elects Executive For New Year

At the recent meeting of Anoka Rebekah lodge No. 21, the slate of officers for 1953 was installed by Mrs. Edward Wenstrom, deputy president of districtNo. 13, I.O.O.F. She was assisted by Miss Freda Alcock, deputy marshall and staff.
The new officers are: 
junior past noble grand, Mrs. Mervin Temple; noble grand, Mrs. Steve Hayduk; vice grand, Miss V. Maddlyn Sutherland; recordingsecretary, Mrs. A. D. Clarke; financial secretary, Mrs. B. Townshend; and treasurer, Miss Molly Crosbie.
Other offices filled are: warden, Mrs. Willis Bentley; conductor, Mrs. Tom Donnelly; 
chaplain, Mrs. Jack Brooke; pianist, Mrs. Albert Sayer; color bearer, Mrs. James Conn; R.S.N.G., Mrs. Ernest Channen; L.S.N.G., Mrs. James Boyd; R.S.V.G., Mrs. Sandy Pate; L.S.V.G., Miss Sylvia Pickard; inner guard, Mrs. Dave Wallace; and outer guard, Mrs. Stanley Sexton.
Following the installation of officers, a team of members of 
Anoka lodge, under the leadership of Mrs. Mrs. A. D. Clarke, presented an addenda on the aims and objects of the Rebekah Order. 
Mervin Temple, retiring noble grand, was presented with her past noble grand's certificate and jewel, and Mrs. Wenstrom, Miss Alcock and Mrs.  Clarke were presented with gifts for their work in connection with the ceremonies. A turkey dinner was later served to all members and visitors present.
