FOUR YEARS OPERATIONS WITHOUT A SERIOUS INJURY in Calgary's C.P.R. yards was the occasion Thursday of a safety rally, D. S. Thomson, vice-president of the prairie region of Winnipeg, spoke to 500 rail workers, their wives and families at the Palliser hotel.
