Crossfield H.S.A. Elects Officers

CROSSFIELD-- Rev. E. A. Justice of Calgary, who has a local Anglican pastorate, addressed the Crossfield H.S.A. Wednesday on the topic, "The Home in Relation to the Child." He stressed the lasting influence parental guidance has upon the child.
The following slate of officers was elected for the coming term of office: President, Mrs. Eva Banta; vice-president, Mrs. Lucille Konschuk; secretary, Mrs. Leona English; treasurer, Mrs. Kathleen Shantz; social committee, Mrs. J. McCool, Mrs. M. A. Rasmussen; program, Mrs. Wilda Heywood, Mrs. Ruth Mumby, Mrs. Ruth Sharp; membership, Mrs. Dale Ray, Mrs. Margaret Baldwin, Mrs. Jim Baxter; finance, Mrs. Annie Aldred, Mrs. R. Ronneberg; staff, Herbert Mumby; sick convener, Mrs. A. Bannister; courtesy, Mr. and Mrs. Charney.
As it was fathers' night these persons gave the program as follows: solo, Mr. Justice; solo, Mr. E. V. G. Dovey; duet, Mr. W. Macdonald and Mr. Dovey.
The fathers served lunch.
