Rideau Park H.S.A. Entertains In Honor Of Graduates 

A graduating banquet for Grade 9 students was held in the Rideau Park school auditorium.

Mr. E. F. Shackleton was chairman. Full-length silhouettes of teachers and students depicting different sport activities in the school colors of green, yellow and black were made by the art class under the direction of Miss I. H. Stadelbauer.
Miss Kay Reed, president of the Students' Council, thanked the Home and School Association members for the banquet, and Mrs. C. M. Donald, president of H.S.A. responded. Mr. and Mrs. Beverly White and orchestra played for the dance following the banquet, and Mr. Norman Kennedy, principal, led a sing-song. Mr. Harry Hamilton was master of ceremonies. Soloists were Miss  Wilma Steckle and Miss Sandra Falck.
