Music Teachers Elect 1953 Executive

At a recent meeting of the Calgary branch of the Alberta Registered Music Teachers' Association, the following officers were elected for the current year:
President, Mrs. C. M. Bradley; vice-president, Mrs. H. E. Draper; recording secretary, Mrs. A. S. Brodie; corresponding secretary, Miss Gladys Balderson; treasurer, Miss Norma Piper; young artist convener, Miss Mary Hughes; Coste House representative, Miss Jessie Ackland, for strings, Miss Mary Shortt; piano, Miss Henrietta Staples; voice, Mrs. Madge Thomas Clarke. Mrs. H. E. Draper was appointed social convener.
At the recent meeting held at the home of the president, Mrs. G. M. Bradley, Miss Susan Lennox, a young Calgary teacher who has recently returned from Ethiopia, gave an address illustrated by slides.
