Church Members O.K. Fund 

The sum of $17,000 for the renovation of St. Michael and All Angels Church was approved at the annual meeting held recently. This sum, coupled with the church budget of $15,483, will enable the building of committee to complete the extension program in 1955. The figure originally set for renovations was $34,000.
Canon C. E. Reeve in his annual report outlined a successful year, and reported a general increase in attendance and in the number of communicants attending communion services. Receipts for the year totalled $15,697 and disbursements were $15,691.
REV. C. W. F. PRATT, who arrived from England last year to become assistant minister, has re-organized the boys' choir.
The following were elected to the vestry: V. R. F. Berton, T. A. Q. Bown, G. Carter, E. F. Downard, A. H. Gracey, J. D. Hughes, J. Inge, Dr. A. A. O'Neil, B. A. Pople, F. Smith, R. W. J. Wright, R. A. E. Etherington.
DELEGATES to the synod include: Dr. O'Neil, R. J. W. Wright, F. C. A. Clarke, J. Inge, V. F. R. Berton and R. T. Alderman. Alternates are: A. Buchner, J. G. Sterling, George Carter, R. A. E. Etherington, J. D. Hughes and R. L. Gover.
R. L. Gover was appointed rector's warden, and Arthur Buchner, people's warden. Auditors for the coming year are E. H. Knechtel and Allen Sinclair.
